I have sometimes thought that it might be interesting to write down the process of Developing a Home Grown Business

My woodworking business did not happen merely because I had the skill and experience necessary to make furniture. While those skills are vital establishing and running a business took other skills some of which I had inherently and others that had to be developed.

Actually, setting up and running this web site was a skill that had to be discovered and learned.

One of the stumbling blocks that hinder so many of my very gifted, skilled and talented colleagues is marketing. And after making the pieces, marketing is everything.
